I know that nobody really does this but you are SUPPOSED to structure the size of your meals in descending order.
So the biggest meal at the start of the day etc
Not really valid the way we do things at the moment and dinner is SOOOO good i dont care what people say. But having a decent brekky is very important just to get your metabolism going for the day. It makes a big diff.
If you ARE going to join a gym, i think the best way to exercise is in a group, so try spin class (very enjoyable and also you can tailor it to your strength and fitness) and other things like boxercise etc are good.

I had a glass of Pineapple juice the smornin :) I'm just not hungry, I feel full after just drinking that now. Also despite me pigging out quite a lot when I've been away, and doing minimal exercise (water skiing being the only thing) I haven't gained any weight at all.

For school days my brekfast is just a glass of juice but if I am really hungry before an early morning start for a big shift at work I will just have some fruit

Everyone know the signing thing that Shannon Cole won on Matchday Saturday? Well I was watching Rise Against on Channel V at the BDO and my nan comes down, stares at it for a few seconds, "Is this the sing out?" (I didn't know what she meant) "Nah it's the Big Day Out" ... "Oh is this the signing thing that Shannon Cole won" "Nooooooo it's the Big Day Out, the festival" "Oh ok".
 #-o

That makes a change form my household. There's always someone who hates the one player everyone loves and vice-versa.

Well my mum and sister arent mad about football unless it is me or the Jets that are playing, my Dad and I always get into arguments about football though, he loves it and was really the one who got me into it when I watched him play 1st grade as a toddler.

Me and my dad are the same. Our discussions usually turn into screaming matches about Arsenal. He's a pessimist and always thinks the worst while I like to think positive when it comes to the Arsenal. My mum and sister have come to deal with our football obsession

He goes for Fulham in the EPL so he always sledges Arsenal.
