Bernie or even Warren would have provided the clear choice of difference required to oppose trump. Biden is essentially Hilary 2.0 and will hardly influence the masses into voting.

Re. Trump: the one thing that sets him apart from just about every other political figure is his ability to recover virtually unimpeded from what are usually campaign-ending remarks. The one that stood out most was his "heroes don't get captured" comments on McCain. I would of thought conservative Americans would of skewered him for that.

I think he just says so much stupid shit that people don't take what he says seriously. That and Many of his supporters are 4chan types that enjoy the POTUS being little more than an internet troll.

Him or a near octogenarian with a heart condition and socialist ideals that are an anathema to Americans means he was the least worst choice.
