Just looking at that, i think your maybe training a much too high stamina percentage. Keep it at 15%, you may be doing like 30. Your players have great stamina

AHHHH FUCK, where'd it go???? AHHH that took forever. I cut 16-17 players. I can do it again just gimme some time. You have waaay to many back-up keepers (you really only need one imo, and you have about 5). You are also neglecting defence a little bit. Your midfield and attack are quite good though.

Bence - If your going to train scoring or winger, keep.
Blake, Bronx, Craig, Damian - All 100% keep.
Darren - Replace with new coach
Dorrin - Fire/sell (note, i think you are buying players based on TSI, first make sure they have a solid primary skill
Emil, Flavio, Giancarlo - KEEP
Irving - only possibly keep if you training defending
Israel - Keep
Jasper, Jordan - Fire/sell
Julio - Keep
Kiyoshi - Keep if training winger
Lindsay - Keep if training Playmaking/winger (dont aim for inads in your youths, passable at the least)

Points i have picked up:
You have bought a lot of keepers, this only makes sense if you plan on training keepers (if so, buy 8 gk coaches and 2 assitants
2. You buy players with good passing but not good primaries. Passing is nowhere near as important as the primary skills, scoring winger etc
3. You use tsi as too much of a guideline. It helps, but Passing brings TSI up, which is why you have players with high passing
