the French/Americans been going for Armstrong for years...they believe the UCL have been covering his arse to protect their 'golden goose' - sure he never had a positive test but both he and the UCL have the means & $$$$$$$ to keep it that way..
Early 90's drug testing was in its infancy and needed major improvements before it could be foolproof
