Oh, so we're including something completely hypothetical. My mistake. Well my hypothetical has Cadel Crash out tomorrow and lose 10 minutes, so he's actually going to need more than 30 seconds a stage. Do math goodly, Afro. #-o #-o Funky, I think this would be something BMC and Cadel would consider. Even if it is a hypothetical it has to be taken into consideration.

Oh definitely. Although Cadel's main strength is his Time Trialling, so if anything, that's where they'd be looking to try and claw some time back, not banking on losing massive chunks there.

Ah yes, I could definitely gather that from: "Realistically, Evans needs to make back 30 seconds a stage. That's a big ask."

Yes one of Cadel's main strength to other riders is his time trailing. He gennerally always finishes in the top ten. He lost something like 30 seconds to Cancellera in his last time trial. Who many regard as one of the greatest time trialist's of all time. Except the Wiggins blitz Cancellera by about a minute. So if the event comes down to the time trial Wiggins would be the clear favorite. This is why Cadel needs to make up some big time.

imo this is over, unless wiggins crashes badly. evans is rougly 4mins down (estimation includes the time trial yet to still be rode). wiggins will just follow evans back wheel for the rest of the tour, meaning evans needs to do something very very special to pull back four mins. wiggins will be saving energy by following evans, he does not need to get in any break away, his team does not need to set the pace. they just need to follow. its pretty much up to cadel and BMC to do all the work now.

Wiggins focussing on Evans could work out quite well for Menchov.

I wouldn't call it over. There are a lot of good GC riders have lost a fair amount of time. This is why I think we will see lots of attacks in the mountains, these guys aren't going to let Wiggins stroll to Paris. On one of those climbs the other day Wiggins acceleration looked piss weak. If all these blokes start attacking I don't think he can handle it. It will be up to Team Sky to control the race to make sure these attacks don't happen.

Calling it now, Froome to win the tour after Wiggins fades in the Pyrenees and can't keep up with an attack from Cadel. Froome later walked off the plank for doping, Cadel with a hollow victory.
8-[ Nah, maybe not.
All for Cadel to do now though. Going to be an interesting few nights.

It's not over yet, not by a long shot, still a lot of cycling to go.
Last year people were saying that it was all over and that Schleck had it wrapped up with he had a 5 minute lead on Cadel with 10km left in stage 18. And that was with a little over 3 stages left(Well effectively 2 stages), not 10 stages like there are still to go this year.

Wiggins a touch arrogant in his latest interview. Nibaldi also not happy with Wiggins' gesture at the end of the stage.
