Hes defently not in top form, hes had a few worrying moments, well he lost over a minute on 1 of the first climbs.

Edited by glory recruit: 19/7/2012 12:01:30 AM Just doesn't have the legs this year. If he manages to catch up he won't have enough energy to make an attack.

I'm gutted ! couldn't be bothered posting last night. Cadel is not himself I reckon - compare to his climbs last year and before its just doesn't compute.

He had an upset stomach two hours before the race. In my opinion it was a great effort to finish.

yer thanks chilly - absolutely the guy has ticker ! What I should have said this tour is very different to the past ones but Cadel would fight far more trying to narrow the time and due to the Stages being quite lame barring a few he's like in limbo each day - he must be so frustrated with the whole course.

Well Nibali has to go and he has to go early.
Cadel should help Van garden.

I saw a bit of footage after the race ended and it looked like Froome was challenging Wiggins to keep up, what was up with that?

Well tonight's the end of the most boring Tour I've ever seen. It's going to be tough listening to all the fap about Wiggins.

Agree fellas but we got to give credit where its due - SKY did their homework veryvery well whereas the question really should be asked of BMC - WTF were they doing in prep the months leading into this Tour, I wonder how long before Teams are advised of the course ? Even though Wiggins gained an early lead due to the first ITT why couldn't BMC anywhere gain some ground - seems they didn't sign up riders suitable for this type of lame route and tactics would need to be asked wouldn't you think ? Yep was the most boring Tour I have watched in years ! and not because our own didn't shine I watched for years especially the Lance times and this was ordinary watching from the couch :( Oh well I hope our cycling team do well in the olympics - the track is always great to watch ! and I hope Cadel is spurred on and takes out his frustration on the road event.

Well i remember the commentators said "cadel has brought a team for to protect him on the flat stages where as Wiggins has brought up team to help him in the mountains" my reaction was why would climbers have difficulty protecting you on flat stages, surely they could do both.

Well done to Wiggins, but moreso well done to Sky. They dominated the Tour this year.
