Can't help but feel he's gone early. Was probably thinking his move would be marked

Raises my suspicions how Porte can have such on and off days.

Wow.
Well in Quintana, though. Great effort and really looking forward to him in the years to come.

Having an excellent day followed by bad days is probably a sign of not doping, doping helps recovery from one day to the next. A clean rider can not do that as well. However that is not to say I believe Porte is clean either.

Something very wrong happened today, I am almost completely certain of that. With history of cycling what we are seeing has only one explanation that makes sense. He is taking the best in the world and making them look hopeless. Santambroigo was just too good to be true this year and especially in the Giro and he got done. Unfortunately I think Sky have greater resources and will do it smarter than a small team like Santambrogio (and Di Luca who also tested positive) rode for and I doubt Froome will be caught during the race. In the future, who knows.

Oleg Tinkov who sponsors Alberto Contador's team Team Saxo Tinkov has just tweeted,
Oleg Tinkov @olegtinkov 3m
Armstrong have had same dominance as Froome. And later i seen him crying to Oprah.I am too adult to believe in fairytales.#Tdf #SaxoTinkoff№1

It also misses the real reasons that Sky is suspected so much, one is the doping doctor that they employed.

Looked like Froome had a flat but he just wanted something to eat and drink.
