Someone on twitter has tweeted that Carlos Hernandez contract has been torn up already. Has anyone got Sticky tape?

Before Adelaide make a move for him - can we confirm he actually exists? ;)

This doesn't surprise me at all. Don't think Carlos will be at Adelaide though because if they have enough for Carlos then wouldn't they have had enough for Flores? :-s

This is just a rumor right now. Only article I've seen concerning Hernandez and India is a recent interview. So far, it seems like he has made mention of being lied to...but who knows who lied to the man? As for the Reds getting Carlos (if this rumor is true), I'd be surprised if they could fit what he may ask for under the cap. Edited by Ali07: 24/7/2012 01:31:47 PM

Wouldn't be surprised. It was the biggest, most desperate cash grab I've seen in a while. Expected him to go to Laos, before he went to India. Wouldn't be surprised if he goes back to Costa Rica, tail between legs if this is true. A move back to the A-League could be on the cards, but he might need to stay out of Melbourne....

RedKat wrote:Hernandez at Adelaide and Flores at Victory would be absolutely hilarious to watch. +1 it'll also be great for the league to have some of the best ever imports all playing in the same season (Fred, Flores, Broich, Hernandez). While also having other big players like Carle, Miller, Berisha, Vidosic (and hopefully Grella, Culina) etc... would make for a huge season imo

Unless they get rid of svd Actually we could, we couldn't afford $650k for Flores - but I am pretty sure we can afford $250-$300k for Fatty. Flores just couldn't wait around for us to get some space into the cap - which we now have.
