What are your thought on that incredible season final last night? I watched the finale about 3 months ago :P Got a friend in the TV business who gave the disks to me as soon as it finished in USA :P It was incredible. I was speechless. An amazing season. Much better than season3. I am an avid Dexter watcher. My favourite show. John Lithgow was fantastic all through the season. This one come just behind season 2 IMO
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

I was downloading it and watching it as it screened in the US, then some bitch went and ruined the last episode for me on facebook when I was working one night. So I've gone back to watching my season 2 DVD, because season 2 was AWESOME. I might get back to catching up with things. Might not.

I think Season 4 has been better than season 2, mostly because of the Trinity Killer character, and all the twists and turns the story took along the way.
This week was the best TV week in ages, awesome Criminal Minds ep, and then awesome Dexter ep.
I kinda hope that Ritas death was just a dream and that Dextr fell asleep when he sat at the table with his phone, and the dream was like his final warning.
Edited by The Mighty Gunners: 20/2/2010 09:36:00 AM That would do nothing but enrage the fans. That was a stunning enough end to the series as it is. To then go and take back all the questions that this scenario raises about Dexter and his responsibilities
especially obligations to Astor and Cody
puts the show in a new position.
The biggest question is, Dexter is presented with the opportunity to turn his daydream in season 1 of turning Cody into his apprentice into a reality, and will he do that?
Thats how it goes down in the books I think, so they would be copying that, which I dont think they want to do. They made a big deal of breaking away from the story of the books from Season 3 onwards

Dexter is hardly your traditional 'crime show'
Yeah, the books get really trippy and hard to follow between different versions of reality. But they're breaking away from that.

Funky Munky wrote:Any 442'ers know of any/can recommend a good DVD Ripping program? preferably free. DVD Decrypter should still be free. But if you want a good, simple and free program to make a single layer "backup" of a dual layer DVD, then DVD Shrink is what I've used for the last few years. Edited by martyB: 22/2/2010 08:21:11 PM

I don't think she'll want me plastering her name over the internet, you could just go to my status and see.
And this is one chick I can't really judge on hotness.

The only photo of her is her profile, and she's kinda hiding behind a Sydney FC jersey, and all her photos are of football games, or things around Sydney. Bummer.

Don't you hate it when you want to post something random in the random thread but can't think of anything that is random?
