I need opinions.

Im currently training scoring and in no time will have 3 solid scorers around 20yo. I was going to sell one of them to make a quick 100k profit but do you think I should keep onto him so I have a replacement if need be? I play 3-5-2 and probably need the 3 but im not sure whether to keep him or stick to the 'pop him then sell him' plan.

I also am going to train PM after this striker pops to get a further to IM's to excellent.

What do I do next though?
- Continue to work on my IM's, selling them on and bringing in better ones getting them to formid?
- Go back to training scoring and get them all to excellent?
- Train Defending and get them all to excellent?
- Something else?

I feel I need a long term plan.

Yeah, all the financial stuff is next sunday. After promo playoffs have taken place.

My plan's the same as yours and then I'm training defending to get things to consolidate down back since I see this as a weak-point for next season.

Yeah. Long term is good

If you can afford to bring in 17yo solids then thats great. Probably PMs, though if you already have decent scoring trainees then keep training scoring.

PM is probably best though, cause that way your PM will be constantly improving without you having to pay for new guys all the time

Verdict:

Keep the strikers, perhaps wait until one hits excellent.
Buy 3 17yo Solid PMs. In 2 seasons they will both all be formid. You could of course go for 18/19yo excellents to improve a litle more now.
But revert to PM training.

Dont just train defending. Its pointless if the guys you are training are mid 20s.
Just buy yourself a gun keeper.

I plan on dominating my league next season, I didnt get promo so unlike you defense doesnt have to be my immediate concern.

Yeah. PM is for you I think. If you wanna splash the cash, get two 18yo Formids/19yo Outstandings. It will cost yo a fair bit tho

defending is critical in div V as i have found out. need at least a few excellents to compete with the big guys.

How much would you pay for a 17yo 39day excellent. Im tempted to sell my nearly 24yo excellent for perhaps 200k+ and maybe put a lot into bringing this kid in.

I've got 19 and 23 year old passables.
And 24 and 25 year old Solids.

I've already figured that and I dont' have those kind of players at the moment. Nor can I really afford them when I need a new keeper because mine's only passable.

one of my 17yr old trainee is gonna pop to solid next week with passable passing! and selling him for about 800k!

Im on alltid. Where do you look? DO i have to look, i wasnt promoted or relegated?

find ur team on alltid and then click on ur league. on the left side there should be a option 'promotion/relegation'

you should be able to win next season and promoted if you can beat the new team coming in at least once.

All he has to do is beat the other team that came up, which I think he can do

The team coming down into my league is very good. Wont be able to promote next season. Nevermind.

My biggest concern is the team taht got relegated into my league...they've got three players with over 100k TSI and one of them's over 300k. I'll get hammered in that game something terrible.
