Kind of about food..

How many cups of coffee do yall drink a day? Obviously a question for the coffee drinkers.

I'm averaging around 2 in the morning and sometimes one in the afternoon. Drinking lots of water through the day also.

Was just curious what specs everyone else runs?

It really depends what I'm doing. Some days I won't have any and I'll just sleep most of the day. Other days I'll go through 2 cupsof coffee and an energy drink or 2.

One "must-have" in the morning and sometimes another one in the afternoon.

One in the morning and another one at night. Occasionally one during the day.

Far too many. :lol: If I'm doing an assignment for Uni, I can average 1 and hour. Whilst at Uni I'll have 2-3, and normally at home about 3-4.

I think I average about 1 cup of coffee every 6 months or so.

I don't drink coffee.

On a side note, I went to Cosmo Cafe in Castle Hill today after work. Met up with a friend and she recommended the steak sandwich. It was sensational.

I'm making hazelnut mushroom loaf tonight, from Green Kitchen Stories. GKS is a pretty great source of tasty and impressive vegetarian recipes.

Making Yotam Ottelenghi's garlic tart (with home-made puff pastry) this weekend for a friend get-together, which is one of my all time favourite recipes. Will post it up next time I'm around the cookbook and a computer at the same time.

(NB: I cook mostly vegetarian meals, but I'm not vegetarian)
