Saw this in ZOO this week thought it was pretty crazy. Davis Monathon Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. Basically where the US Air Force dumps all their old aircraft. There is: -Over 4200 planes -Worst $38 Billion -Has the actual planes from Top Gun -94 nuclear weapon bombers. What's even better is because of Arizona's dry air most can be restored to operational status whenever needed.

lol
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

Seen that on wikipedia a while back. That's fucking awesome. Whenever the US Air Force or the US Marines need new parts quickly for the aircraft, they just take em from that.
WOLLONGONG WOLVES FOR A-LEAGUE EXPANSION!

What I reckon is the best is that those planes can be restored for active duty at any time. They could have been there 50 years and if America wanted to use them again they could:lol:

maybe they could just sell some to the Australian Air Force, I am sure they would be better than the crappy ones we are spending like 30 billion on. Maybe the US has a sub base like that? we could use some subs as we dont have any that actually work.

That's kind of a waste when you've got companies with planes dropping out of the air like aeroflot and Geruda.
Pretty awe inspiring though.
