+x+x+xThe mooy game is slower than old boys walking football What's that even mean? Walking football is big in UK for over sixties Yeah understood that part, what are you on about with the rest? Do you mean Mooy's slow? Or that the game was slow that he played in? Or the Chinese League is slow? We all know Mooy's not the quickest player in the game, but they didn't sign him for his pace, otherwise they'd have signed Usain.

Mabil starting against Slavia Prague. Winner qualifies for champions league group stage. Cummings scored against Newcastle U21
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

+xOuzinidis with another 90 minutes at CB for the under 23’s at Everton. That would be a dream for him and the Roos if he can break through Quite a few CBs ahead of him at Everton, unless the club really rates the U23 league then I hope he gets a League One loan asap and shows what he can do against seniors.

+x+x+x+x+xVery thick accent considering he was born here Hes exaggerating to make it easier for non-English speakers to understand. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOMEgOEVRbAThat and it's just human nature to unconsciously match the speaking style of the people you're surrounded by. But it wasn't really a dutch accent I didn't say it was one, really. Quickflick explained it very well, so I won't add any more. Troisi had a good one while he was in Belgium as well, but I cbf looking it up. Who cares if he's got an accent?!!! He's been in Europe since he was 13/14 & been in the Netherlands for 6 years, so obviously he's going to pick up an accent

But it wasn't really a dutch accent Plus dutch people could easily understand him if he just spoke normally Of course most Dutch people understand English in the Australian accent. But he’s probably not consciously switching his accent and he’s probably not consciously attempting to sound Dutch. Some people, (from the point of adulthood) when they start spending ages in the company of people who speak English in another accent, unwittingly wind up with a kind of hybrid accent when they’re amongst those people. The accent isn’t completely Aussie. But it obviously won’t be flawless mimicry of the way the other group speak English. It’s a mix. The interesting thing, as Pala says, is the accent will often switch depending on whom you’re addressing. So amidst only Aussies, he’d probably sound completely Aussie. This is rather like a variation of code-switching (how bilingual kids accidentally move between and mix up languages). Of course this isn’t the case for everybody. Some people’s accent will remain just as Aussie.

+xFT: Newcastle 0-3 Brighton Brighton’s dominance continued in the second half. A phenomenal performance away from home. Newcastle had zero shots on target, so Maty really only had a few crosses, corners and set pieces to claim. they started last season beautifully as well. they were looking the goods to threaten the top half of the table. hopefully they can hold onto their form this season
