External recruiting costs more. If you've already got a player in mind at your club and he's been there for over a season then it's definitely worth considering turning him into a coach if he's got the experience and leadership to do it.

It's always been that whoever challenges first gets the home ground advantage. Because you're at home by default when youc ahllenge and peope forget to change it.
