You may have won the first derby (5-0), but I claim the biggest derby thumping, a game where you were outclassed to the tune of 9-0. Sealed my promotion too. :p From memory you also injured half my side in that 5-0 win, so I didn't really win at all.

Got owned 3-0. Played seconds, he played firsts (which are better than my firsts.)
So, it looks like we are waiting on imno and torana before we start our cup.

Got walloped 7-2 by a div IV team playing firsts. The important thing is that I scored TWICE.
Right...when's the cup starting and how many teams do we have?

Confirm numbers so we know how many teams we've got and can work out a draw...

No need to jump to conclusions old boy. I'll post a list tonight.

Funky Munky Avy1990 AfromanGT Tiny455 HMTerraAus MidfieldMaestro Imnofreak Mitch_JetsSo those are all the people who posted confirming interest. I haven't inclueded RTB and Maxxii, because with the problems we've had in the past, I think we have to start limiting this to people who post and maintain interest in this thread. So if you guys do get into Hattrick, and do keep posting, sure, you can join in after a season or two. But for now, I think I'll keep to this. That gives us 8, a nice round number. Having just had a look, we won't have enough room for everyone to play each other twice. But everyone playing each other once leaves too much of a gap. So what I'm thinking, everyone plays eachother once, and then we have a finals series: Quote:1st: Straight Through to Grand Final 2nd/3rd: Semi Final 1 4th/5th: Semi Final 2 Winners of the 2 Semi Finals play off to Play 1st in the Grand Final. Nice and Easy. Any Questions. Edited by Funky Munky: 15/12/2010 11:41:56 PM

We've got 8 teams. Can I suggest two groups of four? Teams play each team twice and top two go through (a'la confed cup)...gives us an 8 round season.

I don't really see any reason to. With a normal league everyone gets to play each other, so it won't get repetitive, and it'll be more even.

Crushing 7-0 win today. My new strikers aren't scoring, fortunately everyone else is.

Did some epic research on my much, much stronger opponent and once again came away with a boring as batshit 0-0 draw. Plan worked to perfection again. Had 2 chances to his zero, would have been brilliant if i could have nicked one. I'm in the relegation zone ATM, but it doesn't bother me right now. I started the season with a nightmare draw (the best 3 teams in the first 3 weeks) and to come away with 2 x 0-0 draws after learning a harsh first week lesson is quite satisfying.
Got a bot next week, big chance to score my first goal of the season. The next few weeks should see me pick up a lot more points.

With psicoTSI not working, does anyone have a method of tracking players' development?

Won 6-1. Means I've beaten both the human sides to have carried over from last season, the only teams that could possibly worry me. Div.4 here I come.

New league sounds good. HO is great but its a shame it only matches you up with your opponent in the 442 formation.
