Not too sure. I think it has been the same price for arm, hamstring and quads over the years. Or a little bit more over time which is to be expected. Usually the physio will have the intial consultation and maybe 2 or 3 follow ups to gauge progress and healing.

Yeah fair enough. Last time was for my shoulder and I ended up seeing my mate about 10 times. The only other time I've had physio was over ten years ago for my ankle but my parents took care of the bill. :P

I need to get to a physio for my shoulder but can't really afford it at the moment. It's a bit of a catch 22 becasue I can't work for long when it's playing up.

Lads, I need some help. The ad SBS have been featuring for Le Tour, where there's a guard, or the cops asleep 'Dont rely on anyone' etc. What's the piece of music they use when they're showing footage of the tour?

Considering the game is at Homebush stadium that sucks dude. If I were you I would stay in the city of Sydney (it's much nicer than homebush with more places to go out and things to do. You can get transport to and from the stadium from central station in the city fine. Half an hour train trip from central to homebush stadium, from there it's a short walk. That would be my hot tip mate.

There's a Novotel right near the ground which would be nice but don't know how expensive or if it would fit into your budget.

depends what your budget is avy... there's an Ibis and a Novotel right next door, or you can catch the train into town from the train station which takes 40-30mins to the City and there's a bunch of hostels in and around Central station if your working on a tight budget

I'll make it a little easier then. http://www.ccbackpack.com.au/Located on George st. Scubar is just downstairs which is honestly pretty much always full of 'toey as a roman sandal' backpackers. Walk just down broadway and you will get to town hall where there are heaps and heaps of places to go out. Far majority are free entry, stick to those ones and if you don't like a place just leave and go to the next one. Trust me it's not worth paying a cover charge if you are on George St. That would be what I would do. Only problem is if you are driving into Sydney from Wagga. In which case park your car a few stations away from central and get the train in because it isn't worth paying parking in the city overnight on a saturday night will cost you minimum $25 if you want to be within walking distance of the backpackers. If you want to find more information on Sydney public transport services go to http://131500.com.au and you will get everything you need for trains, buses, ferries. Also some good places to eat on Broadway which is why I would point you in that direction. I hope Ultimate finds this information useful enough...

Never pay for Cover Charge on George St. ... i think the only place that comes to mind that does cover charge is that snob of a hole the Ivy... Three Monkeys and Cheers are good sports bars on George St. if you wanna hit that, if you just want to get pissed quick, easy and cheaply there's City RSL (it's a hole but i think it's like 2.50 beers) right next to Cheers (there's a good Irish bar if you keep walking down that way but it's about 10minutes)... there's your stock standard Hotel Criterion, Hotel Coronation just off George St. near Town Hall, there was a good Irish Bar next to the Apple Store but now it's a PJ Gallagher's so now i refuse to go there... then there's 333 down the road that i like quite alot it's like sort of fancy, it's abit Investment Banker but it's alright

The reason you see a car filled with lebos.
To avoid being targeted for a drive-by. The more people in the car the harder it is to see the guy you wanna shoot:lol:
