Can we do a quick pass-the-hat around to buy some new mics for the podcast. Either new mics or a lesson in talking into a microphone for the guys. To often walking home from work I can't hear a thing.

Headsets would be ideal.

Or just an omni directional mic rather than a directional one, or just use two directional mics - they aren't even all that expensive fellas, business expense yall.

They just need to talk INTO the mics instead of obviously leaning back from the mic that is on the table. Its a pet peev of mine of the podcast that the dynamic range of the voices is so large.

Or they could just use a compressor before the publish it to make the sound more uniform in volume.
