A big point for me would be the forums. The 'Football Discussion' (non EST) is an absolute hole of a place, and not being able to post in the EST threads is annoying. :lol:

And watching the vids of the ressies/kids.

Having the forums having 'opening hours' is just fucking retarded. If they're worried about moderation, appoint users as mods #-o

They just don't allow non-members to post at some time periods. Makes it easier for moderators to know when there will be high posting periods and when they need to be on.

They sensor the word 'shit' FFS. It's the most conservative forum of all time! And there's no reason why they need opening hours.

never found the discussion on the official forums that great, found often that you'd get bandwagoners and people from India saying "Torres is my favourite player" when it's the thread about Skrtel, and for it to be not open 24hours made it fucking hard to get on

All my time on it over the last 6 months, reading the EST, I have found it a lot of fun, very few dropkicks in there, far outnumbered by learned, intelligent posters.

Yeah, it's either elitists or dickheads who don't understand what anyone's on about. I do love a few of the posters on there though. Tweepie is awesome.

It did my head in when they introduced the opening hours. And then when they cut the hours back I just gave up.

It's a great place for info that isn't yet out on LFC or BBC/sky.

Surely having 'open' hours completely defeats the point of having a forum. It's meant to be a place for open discussion.

I used to go on the United forums to shit stir back when the first introduced the open hours to LFC and they didn't have them. I don't know about now coz I got banned from there.
