So im having problems with my wireless internet. It first kicked up about 4 months a go to the point of where my Wireless USB adapter wouldnt connect to the computer, i bought a new one thinking it was the adapters fault but now im starting to have problems with this one and it is getting worse.

Basically every hour or so it drops to "limited connectivity"

Disabling and enabling the adapter fixes the problem temporarily as does restarting the computer. I have re installed the wireless usb adapter drivers, i have re installed the router drivers and reset the settings.

I have 2 ipads and a laptop which work fine off the router. My internet is ADSL+2 and i use a WPA2-personal security encryption. My Router is a Belkin N Wireless-Router and my wireless USB adapter is a Belkin wireless Dual Band USB adapter N600.

First note: You aren't using Wireless internet, you're using ADSL internet connected to your computer by Wifi. There's a difference. Saying wireless when you mean wifi can confuse anyone you talk about this to.

Solution #1 is to stop using wifi, get a long-ass Lan cable (I assume this is a desktop), a few of those sticky (but removable) 3M Command Adhesive hooks along the top of the wall to where the PC is.

Wifi is finicky at the best of times. Based on what you've done, it's probably an issue on the computer itself, rather than the modem or the stick.

A few random guesses are the USB stick is overheating and shutting down, or the USB interface for the stick (or the connection through it) is overloading and shutting down. The fact you can disable it and renable it suggests it might be some kind of memory leak in the process used to manage the connection.

If its overheating, check the coolant levels.
