TBH I didn't go to the game as I'm living back home with my parents in the uni break and had a commitment yesterday afternoon that made it impossible for me to travel to Melbourne in time to catch the game.

You could not be more wrong though champ, whilst I am a Collingwood supporter and love watching footy, I haven't been to a live game since 2002-2003, but rarely miss an MV game and have made a couple of away trips too :oops:

I never once said that, or even came close to saying that, I said it is entirely conceivable that an AFL fan with no interest in football could not enjoy the atmosphere the same way you do in reverse.
