With the big slabs, I find it easiest to quote them and then respond to each question next to it in bold.

There's no really 'quick' way to do it, but alternatively, copy the slab of questions into a text document, then copy say [quote=afromanGT] and paste it next to each question, then copy and paste your close quote tag at the end of each question.
