Fucking hell. I went to sleep seething at the 75th minute. Frank Lampard scored 15 seconds later. Didnt fall asleep til probably way after the 90th but I just couldnt watch. Four goals scored after I left. Wow.

We just didnt have the players to win it tonight. Gerrard and the quality that doesnt exist at the club. Benayoun, Kuyt, Lucas gave Torres next to nothing. Reina fucked up big time. Hes really starting to piss me off. So eccentric, so confident, but he doesnt have the basic goalkeeper skills to back it up. He was stranded on so many corners aswell. The Drogba goal was pathetic. Put it in himself.

The thing that sickened me the most was the amount of free kicks we gave away around 25 yards out. It was disgusting. They have Ballack, Lampard, Alex and Drogba who are all world class. Why the hell, no, why the fuck would you give them 10 pot shots? If Reina hadnt have fucked up and if we'd not given away needless free kicks there could have been a different, more epic, story.

Yeah. Benayoun did a lot towards the end. He basically set up our 3rd and 4th goals.

The ref is a whistle happy cunt. You can tell by the way he indicates free kicks, with such fervour. Dickhead.

A few dives from Chelsea players in the game too. Malouda and lampard I can recall. Both got free kicks. Oh. And Ivanovic first half penalty shout. Dive. Ivanovic is so dirty but hes quiet so no-one knows.

But the ref is a dumb cunt and gave them. God, I want to smash him.

Man, after Kuyt scored, I thought it was on. I really did. I thought we were going to do it. Why wasnt Stevie on the bench.

It pretty much goes back to that other Masch thread...winner dive and losers dont.

Liverpool really shouldn't have let that half time advantage slip. They let in 4 goals in a half of football. Yes I know they were away from home, but hell, that didn't seem to bother them in the first half. I'm not saying they choked, but at 2-0 after 51 minutes, It was their game for the taking.

Liverpool realy should have done better, poor defending really. Tighten up at the back and it was chelsea's tie to lose at 3-3, wait for them to make the mistake FFS, it was only a matter of time before they did without Terry at the back, and we concede four goals? #-o we should be ashamed of that for sure.
That said, not many teams have been to stamford bridge and scored four.

See, I was content with the Fulham v Boro choice, but then I remember Celtic were playing, so im watching that now.

Goal for Joel Porter to level it at 1-1 for Hartlepool.
