He took a big risk taking Newcastle as his first managerial position, Either he was going to keep them from relegation and become a tyneside hero all over again or they would go down and he will still be a hero but his job and motivational skills will come under scrutiny.

Palacios I always enjoy watching him play, a great signing by Harry he is one of the more consistant players I have seen lately and always seems to have the determination and skill to get into compromising situations for the opposition.
