They're fine for the tv, and the last couple of years I've had a free pass and gone to a lot of games, but there's no way I'd pay $20 to watch Victory, and they're supposedly one of the best sides in the country. Neither can I justify spending $10 to watch South Melbourne these days, because it's bloody awful - but at least there's a bit of passion there.

He honestly would fit right in (not saying it as an exaggeration either). Some people get pure luck in their careers, Holman is one of them. Must of just had a one off during his trial. The rest is history.

Aye - all nominally wide men. Richardson is better when he plays in attacking midfield than out wide, and Reid's alright in the middle. Problem is - none of them is a ball winner, so we're going to have to rely on Spurs passing badly or we'll never get anywhere near the ball.

Murphy, Meyler and Reid on the bench shows how small our squad is. Meyler and Reid are decent enough but have zero experience between them.

There is a sad thing i just realized about this match. Swansea play better football than Australia. Pim = League 2 coach. Longball to kennedy and 8 defenders.

Be fair mate, Swansea only have to play Cardiff. Pim has to put a side out against 'top' international opposition like Oman. ;)

Some wonderful slick passing from Sunderland there. Spurs better wake up quick otherwise they will find themselves down. Sunderland seem to always start very brightly.
