AC Milan 1-1 Lyon FT

So going into the last game the table sits like this

Lyon-----5
AC Milan-4
Celtic-----3
Arsenal--2

So Arsenal just need to win regardless of the scoreline, to collect their 3rd Emirates Cup.

Chelsea's pre-season doesn't look to crash hot at the moment. Started out with a 1-0 away win at Crystal Palace. Then lost 3-1 away at Ajax and 5-1 away at Wycombe and now down 1-0 at Frankfurt.

Mind you they are playing the kids but still

Celtic get a penalty in the 68th minute after a bit of a tangle between Wilshere and Fortune, and Samaras blasts it high and wide to keep it at 3-0.

Arsenal 3-2 Celtic FT

Very entertaining second half once Samaras and Fortune came on, that's when Celtic really started playing.

So Arsenal win their 3rd Emirates Cup in 4 years after a 1-1 draw yesterday and a 3-2 win today leaving them top of the table.

FC Utrecht - Mallorca 2-0

Oar and Sarota played the whole match
Zullo started, but was substituted after an hour because of injury

Zullo played really good as left-back, Sarota did OK,

Oar was a bit invincible, and very unluckily.
he had some problems with the style of football, that was more physical. Something I also noticed when he played thursday against Luzern

Does anyone know if they are in contention to be in the team every week when the season comes around. Or does it look like they will be waiting their turn in the reserves?

They have to start at the reserves (all three). mallorca yesterday was a friendly where all reserves plus a few juniors played. so 2-0 was really good. Michel Vorm (goalkeeper) was the only first team regular.

Sarota and Zullo weren't at the squad of 18 in the last euroleague game. for Sarota it was the first time he wasn't. Zullo hasn't been there yet, but he had some problems with his stomachmuscles, and after his great performance yesterday he sure will be next time when he is fully fit.

Oar is more close to the first team, He has played two out of three as a sub. the other time he was a unused sub
