Ron Corry has given MB mad props (that he is the best young keeper Corry has ever trained at the AIS), and only the fact that the Wanderers weren't really a club when Birighitti was trying to sort out his future prior to Season 1 for WSW meant he didn't come to WSW. WSW will push to attract Birighitti to Wanderers despite his long-term contract with Newy.

How can that work? He has a long term contract at the Jets and would go from being Newcastle's starting keeper to sitting on the bench next year behind Covic. Rumour makes no sense
This, didn't Covic only sign a new deal yesterday?

Keeps him at the club until the end of next season

I would have hoped that WSW would be working on making Tyson, their current backup, the successor to Covic. And hopefully nurture a youth keeper for the backup by then. Not just buy some good performing player from a rival team

Yup. I was sceptical, but this is the rumour mill afterall. Maybe it'll happen next season.

Tbh if Biraz is still in the HAL by the end of next season I'll be disappointed for him. He deserves much better imo

Yeah spot on, he's hopefully heading much further than the Jets or WSW

This reads more like mac speculating rather than an actually rumour...
Bira is too good to stay in the HAL for too much longer. Civic on a new deal. This won't happen
