xIf they play out of Perry Park and like scott21 and others have suggested put in a temporary stand that brings it up to around 10k and they should be fine. I'm just over watching football in a empty stadium, no atmosphere and the same boring 10 teams in the A-League. Taking a break this season, not renewing my Roar Membership and may be looking at finally supporting a NPL Club. I'll be renewing my Roar membership, but I've been going to more and more NPL (and BPL) games over the last few years. I don't really have a team, but end up watching most clubs at some point throughout the season. The NPL games just have a different feel to the A-League games which I love. I don't know if I could say it's more or less enjoyable, but it's just a different way for someone to enjoy their football and I think that's important.

x+x+x+x+xa couple marquees and a couple foreigners and this strikers could probably make the finals in the a-league. and people whinge that we dont have enough talent to support expansion. Better than ccm. I'm really pissed off with the lack of vision by ffa. Don't mind if the roar would be replaced by the strikers. Although they are going to face the same financial problems with stadium and travel. But at least they have training facilities. If they play out of Perry Park and like scott21 and others have suggested put in a temporary stand that brings it up to around 10k and they should be fine. I'm just over watching football in a empty stadium, no atmosphere and the same boring 10 teams in the A-League. Taking a break this season, not renewing my Roar Membership and may be looking at finally supporting a NPL Club. I'm doing the same this season but with Sydney FC. Good to know I'm not the only one. Had a few years off victory after not missing a match for 5 years. Now more religious about the ffa cup than anything, but a victory member again. It's good to take some time out i reckon.

x+x+xI can't believe my ears, I think I heard a kid ask his dad if he could get an autograph from JVS :blink: I must be hearing things, it can't be true. All football fans in Brisbane are Dutch. And players. Once a player moves to an ethic club they turn into that ethnicity.

x+xLet's see how Cahill handles having his request to take the penalty denied... It's already begun :D He wont be any worse than when Henrik Larsson started playing for Helsingborg again. I swear he brought his own whistle to matches.

xCity and Victory are a joke, can't even score in open play against NPL clubs. This is what we want: to bridge the gap. I don't want Victory to win 10-0.

x+xLet's see how Cahill handles having his request to take the penalty denied... Will start pointing to the dot point in his contract that gaurentees him the pens in order to be in the spotlight. -PB Mmhmm. I wouldn't be surprised if a rift is forming between him and the other players already. Edit: I mean, after all, how can someone like Tim put up with players who clearly have no vision.
