Surely A-League teams are looking at Theo Markelis?! A brace in this televised game and only further reflecting his talent it seems. I hope Lowe and co at Glory are keeping an eye on things, though he may not see as much opportunity here to be honest. With all the VISA talent and Harold in the squad - the wings are perhaps Glory's strongest area on the park. Perhaps clubs like the Mariners or Jets, one of them could be a good match as they seem lighter for depth in that area of the field? All the other clubs seem quite strong for options on their flanks?

The A-League, talent wise, will certainly be ready for expansion to 12, come two season's time. The talent pool pushing at the fringes is just growing and growing and all the NTC talents coming through annually will just expand it further. People rightly argue this makes for an ever stronger standard of A-League, but I argue it's getting soo strong that the deepening talent pool will be able to support two more teams that will be, on the field, as competitive as WSW S1.
