If Heidelberg win will the draw for the semis be fixed to have a NPL side against an A league opponent or free draw?

Pretty sure CCM's NPL team from the 2014 competition competed in the cup.

Central Coast FC and the Mariners had split their relationship at that stage. So CCFC wasn't actually CCM's NPL club at the time, they were separate entities for a while. They are joining back together for the 2016 season though.

I'd say this would be our squad for this evening, with our forwards being our weakest link. Zinni did cut through Wellington quite a bit so would expect him to do the same. Heidelberg will be more fired up than Wellington would have been, but if we can put in a shift like we did against Oakleigh (in terms of intensity, pressure on the ball and high work rate and press), I can see us winning this comfortably. 3-0 or 2-0 would be my tip.

If I wasn't getting over a serious bout of stomach flu I'd probably devour that myself.

Agree with you both. Also, Stefan Mauk is one I missed so he could potentially be thrown on the wing instead of Dekker, or he might push Koren out to the wing with Mauk pairing with Mooy.

Did not realise that, but I guess it has to be. Also, first drawn, gets a home game even against an NPL club.

Would be wicked to see an NPL club in the final.

Also means there's a higher chance they would pip a HAL club which would almost guarantee two HAL clubs in final you would imagine.
