Silly decision to go to Etihad, but I can understand it if the club felt that they'll get the best financial windfall out of it. I'm sure the game will still get 10k plus.

The good outweighs the bad with the Docklands deal. Hume City will get to make the most of the much deserved financial opportunity, and many more people will be able to make it after work on a weekday in the best connected stadium in the city than would be if it was out in the burbs.
As long as the seats are in (and I imagine they would be as they would already be for Victory games at that point) then it'll be fine.

Apparently Hume are set to make at least $100,000 out of this - more if the crowd is over 20k. Yes, people may dance around like a constipated princess crying out about cash grabbing and selling out, but a 100k injection into a small NPL will go a long, long, long way.

For those who don't follow the NPL finals series, Blacktown have qualified for the 2016 edition of the FFA cup.

Goals to Mitchell Mallia & Joey Gibbs (x2). Both Sydney FC #products. ;) At the conclusion of the 2015 FF Cup, I'll edit the OP to start up for next season.

Hume Vs MV tickets out tomorrow, tickets are pretty pricey so Hume must be gunning to make up for that 100K they miss out from Etihad http://www.melbournevictory.com.au/article/ffa-cup-semi-final-tickets-on-sale-thursday/mjtzk3odjmqs1og20u6k4k6cs

This speedway they are having at Etihad, is that a last minute booking or were Hume going to play a few days after that. I see Victory as also booked in for the 2nd November.
