Melbourne could get 10k to a final and it would still be better than a Perth final, because shock horror, nobody cares about Perth.
Not complaining about not hosting the final. That boat has sailed. Now complaining about how the Victory fans were bitching about having the final in Perth because no one would go and now no one going to see the final in Melbourne. That's the irony. No-one going to see the final in Melbourne? It's going to be the highest attended FFA cup match ever. Deflection. Still won't be a sell-out. That's the embarrassment. It's going to have more people attending than a Perth final. That's no deflection, it's a simple fact, yet you're deluded enough to think Perth is relevant enough to host a final. The FFA chose Adelaide over you    ADELAIDE Still no sell-out. Rather have a final in front of sold-out stadium than one 2/3 to 3/4 full that will look shite on TV. I'm guessing maybe 24 to 25K at the game today, whilst there would have been 20K in Perth and a sell-out. And Melbourne with twice the population and five times more members.

I'm glad to see my zeal for the game in buying tickets in the first hour was penalised by the FFA. Cheers for that.

Under 20k will be very disappointing for us a club, but at the same time and eye opener for the FFA not to charge us 100% more for tickets in some cases just because we have fans.

perth only hope will be to defend in depth to try and keep it 0-0 for as long as possible to give them a slim chance of nicking it with a goal late on. If victory score first it's got to be game over there and then

Something terrible has come to my attention.
Harps is commentating the Newcastle v WSW game and therefore it will not be Harps and Hill on a Saturday night.
Just fold the match already.

Just fold the match already. It will be Hill and Slater. I don't really rate Harps TBH, although he is better than Slater.

Sure, the prices are bullshit but you should still be easily selling this out. We have the most expensive tickets in the league normally but we don't use that as an excuse, we own up and say that it was a shit crowd. But don't expect a Victory fan to admit they are in the wrong, because they are the most arrogant fans in the country, thinking it is fair that you get to host the final shows this.
And someone who lives in fucking Townsville agreeing with the statement that 'nobody cares about Perth is fuvking laughable.

Found this in an old picture folder.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.
