Difficult to tell. I've never been to the ground, but from these photos, maybe just higher.

I don't thinks it's a major issue although FFA may use it as an excuse not to hold the game there. Saying that it's a good little ground with a decent club attached, the ground also scores a chevapi rating of 7/10.

Adelaide v Darwin last year was awesome. For a few minutes it looked like Adelaide were gonna get dicked.

Yeah exactly, for 5 minutes

It was 1-1 until nearly half time.

Also, Lions FC only lost to Perth Glory in extra time from a 116th minute goal

And ended up 7-1. No matter how much you beat around the bush, that still isn't close.

And yeah fair enough, I was actually annoyed when Perth scored. Would have loved the lottery of penalties in that one.

I've already planned my day to be home by 3pm to watch the draw. Hoping for a Marconi home game against A-League opposition and/or Wollongong Wolves home tie at Win Stadium and/or Melbourne Knights at home to Perth.

i would like to see Marconi vs Sydney FC, BWE vs WSW, Melbourne Knights vs Melbourne Victory

I'd love to draw someone like Marconi or Bonnyrigg. It'd be good if we could play them at their ground, but I dont think that's going to be possible, especially Marconi who is missing half their seating.

Would also take an away game to somewhere like Edgeworth, or even Canberra away.

Can see us drawing Brisbane or Wellington though. Something lame like that and lose 1-0 in a drab affair. [-(

Marconis ground is great, probably over a thousand seats plus the concrete seating behind one of the goals and the hill opposite the grand stand, all grass you can stand there :d

Yeah re Bonno im hearing Campbelltown Stadium is in the works to host it, if we draw an A-league team.

So your ground is fit to host a member federation side, but not an A-League side? Is it a lux issue? Sorry if you have covered it earlier.

Yeah, we can host any other member federation club but A-League side is different story. Everything regarding the ground has been given the green light but the lux issue, were told to upgrade it which isnt very easy. Looked at temporary lighting ideas but accessibility would be a major issue.

Im gutted but what can you do.

Surely televising the draw would help fans of clubs at all level feel more engaged with the cup, watching the names get read out, talking and tweeting about who they did/didn't get etc. It's what makes the comp unique and they're robbing themselves of this free promotion.

Having the draw in the middle of the afternoon just screams of no-one giving a crap about fan engagement and treat it just like an administrative matter to be resolved by COB.

Hmm, meant to say televise in primetime, say 7-8pm rather than in a timeslot no-one can watch due to work/school....

I really shouldn't type without coffee. It's not good for anyone.

But seriously, why have the draw at 3pm? It's not like across Foxsports numerous channels they can't find one to air it on live. There's nothing else on at the time during the week anyway!

Judging from the twitter feed, and the above photo I posted they've got representatives from Bonnyrigg White Eagles and Blacktown City at the Fox Sports stud. Former A-League players Joey Gibbs and Marco Jesic respectively
