Just focus on your technique, getting the job done, be vocal and work hard.

I think being vocal and good communication is something that gets noticed, and i've found it helps me stay focused on what i've got to do

I've always been big on players being vocal when I'm selecting a squad. Especially my keepers. I want players who will call plays, issue instructions and pep each other up. Makes a huge difference when a side is constantly communicating.

I forgot I had facebook set to automatically log on, I just went for a piss and they went to town. I do admit I generally find 'fraping' pretty amusing, there is a huge culture of it here at college with so many opportunities and targets.
