South very very lucky to get away with a 1-0 win tonight. Dandy by far the better team on the night but copped a real sucker punch goal from a corner that South managed to scramble over the line. The final few minutes were real nerve racking, a real cup tie. Good night out there in Dandy, good hosts. One more win and we are through.

What do you guys think of the Regional qualifying set-up Queensland have used. Do you think it's right that we have a guaranteed spot for each of North Queensland and non-Brisbane South Queensland, or should the remaining 4 regional clubs been thrown in with the final 4 Brisbane clubs for a random quarter final draw.

I think that Australia, for the size and population needs constraints. Maybe one day we could do that but the result of not having regional qualifying is a shit load of forfeits.

Next year I'd like to see one round of games combined prior to the FFA Cup national rounds.
