imnofreak wrote:2-0 up v QPR, dominating, cruising, 15 to go, and lose 2-3. Only Liverpool. Probably wouldn't have been an issue if Kelly hadn't needed to come off. I think perhaps that left Skrtel too tired from covering for Carragher/Coates too much of the game. He looked flat-footed for all of the last 20 minutes. If Kelly hadn't come off we'd have been able to bring in Coates to steady the ship late on. Edited by afromanGT: 22/3/2012 09:28:02 AM

Today would have gone much better if Chelsea had not scored. It got our hopes up of a perfect day.

Liverpool are now 2-2-6 since New Year in the League.
7-4-6 in all competitions, but two of those wins came against League 1 sides.

Real Madrid have gone nuts. Up 1-0 against Villarreal, Marcos Senna equalises in the 83rd minute. Then they have Mourinho, Sergio Ramos and Mesut Ozil all sent off within 3 minutes. Just crazy.

They still have to go to the Camp Nou and if they lose that the lead will effectively be 2 points because of Barca being in front on H2H

Madrid haven't won a league game at Camp Nou since 2007. And they've only done it twice in the last decade (in 2003). Big ask.

As long as Barca keep on the pedal now the pressure is right on Real - with the game yet to come at Camp Nou this is going to be so hostile as we know, the bloody Soap Opera is going to be epic, Messi Xavi and co carry on with history and shut out Real/the Chosen One :d

 Well done to both Sp*rs and Chelsea for making me want to end my life. That was the most god awful piece of shit half of football, if you can even call it that, that I have ever seen. No wonder both teams are struggling in the league.

Honestly, at this level between these two teams you expect something better than that crap. I mean there were more shots on target in that final 5-10 second of the first half than there were in the preceding 45 minutes.

Stoked to see Sterling, Shelvey and Eccleston on the bench. Not entirely happy with the XI but lets hope it matters little.

What a pass, what a finish. 2-0, had a funny feeling we'd see goals tonight.

Hoilett should have had a penalty there. Great run, got into the box and he was sandwiched by a couple of players, neither of whom got the ball.

That pass from Song was great, but that control and finish from Theo was just fucking sublime.
