Melbourne city need, IMO, a LB, CM and Striker

Possible City players that could be loaned out (obviously win, win for the franchise, player gets experience, Melbourne City get a potential EPL quality player)

I've looked at the squad and reserves and these are 2 players on paper that could be considered

Emyr Huws - 20yo welsh CM from city u21 squad has spent 2nd half of last a season on loan at Birmingham City in the championship - 17 (2). - Probably too good of a prospect to end up in the A league.
Alex Nimely – 23yo striker, been at the club for 4 years off contract this year, becoming some what of a journeyman with multiple loan spells at multiple clubs most recently Palace, 2 appearances (0) this season. I doubt his contract will be extended, maybe Melbourne could just sign him ?

Haven't they already ruled this out?

Danny Allsopp is the only realistic current/ ex city player they could sign.

I hear Nasri has the perfect temperament to get a struggling club off the ground and is willing to work hand-in-hand with the coaching staff to better the careers and prospects of everybody.

and they get his girlfriend too in a 2 for 1 deal so she can work in their PR department and drum up support on social media
