Most teams only have 1 world class players up front doing little work to get on the counter. The Dutch had 3 experience world class players.

I'm not sure they should have started Diego Costa or maybe they should have had him with David Villa up front. They definitely shouldn't started Casillas in goals considering the form his been in with Real. As soon as the rain started after half time I had a feeling this will not suit Spain's quick passing and stifle there movement. The Dutch were awesome after VPs brilliant equaliser and the game turned on its head.

And this side is currently made up of our best players.

I thought Spain had he better of he first half. Amazing individual goal by RVP kept the Dutch in it.

Second half still thought Spain would win. Stupid defending, stupid keeping-Casillas is finished- and that's all she wrote. IMO the score flatters the Dutch TBH.

Spain will go back to what they know and we won't see Costa next match. They will smash Chile and then have all to play for us against us. It would be foolish to right them off.
