Liverpool again paying the price for not beginning their season charge until Christmas. FMD I might as well have gone to bed rather than bother with this one. Same story two seasons in a row. Even more frustrating is that Arsenal have been a pedestrian top 4 team for as long as I can remember now. They'll most likely get another crack at the Champions League next season, but we all know how that ends. Inexplicably, the board will find reason to keep Arsene on board and it will be left to Chelsea/ City to try and out-bid each other for the title, while Arsenal are content to finish 4th and Man United and Liverpool battle it out for the remaining CL spot.

What pisses me off the most is all these entitlement minded Man United/ Chelsea glory hunters, half of whom probably still think CR7 or Lampard plays for their teams, don't even need to bother because you know they'll be there to catch the obligatory 2 games every 12 months that count for something just so they can gloat about it on Facebook and post selfies of themselves in their mint condition 6 month old jersey acting as if they truly give a fuck about "their" team. Meanwhile, the media hype and that Istanbul-esque "what if" factor has me staying up to bother with this fucking garbage.

It's shit like this that makes me consider moving over to the UK and attending as many games as I can so that I can at least vent my spleen at the matches, then go and drown out my frustration at the nearest boozer rather than stay up here at some ungodly hour ranting like a madman.

Fuck, maybe I'll be there at the game when/if Liverpool win that maiden Premier League title and it will all be worth it? Unless by that stage, Burnley, West Ham, Leicester and Derby are all owned by oil billionaires and merely staying up in the PL (let alone winning it) it some crazed dream aka Leeds...
