Has anyone seen this? It looks interesting and Personly think the FFA should have something like this for grass roots football.
I'm not a coach so I haven't tried to join, as you need to log on to see what it's got. If any budding coach wants to try, fill the community in, others might be interested.

We already have our own direction, with this sort of methodology being part of our approach.

This is how the FFA should do it every kid across the country at age 9 in week 1 should do this training.
There should be a national skills test that tests the progress of each Zone/club/team against a national average.
If an Zone falls below the FFA assists if a club falls below the Zone assists if a team falls below the club assists.

But we keep spending money and resources on an elite few.

I was thinking the premise is a good one that the FFA could implement, especially handy for mum and dad coaches who struggle to go to a course or to find relevant material. An online set out training, evaluation module would be easily accessible by many and if with a subscription cost effective for all parties.

It would be even better if FFA had them online for no cost.
