Hearing it all over the place. Has been brilliant for the Hammers so far this season and his contract is up at the end of it.

Will never forget his torrid debut for West Ham. I stayed up to watch it, cos I'm a Kiwi football sympathiser but he probably doesn't want to remember that day. Has grown into a top player and leader though.

Wouldn't complain with him being 4th choice at a low cost.

Did well to come back. jlm8695 wrote:Wouldn't complain with him being 4th choice at a low cost. Hah, he is better than Lovren. Edited by A.Haak: 11/12/2014 10:43:16 AM

Hearing more news about his move away to either Liverpool, Arsenal or Manchester United. Arsenal apparently favourites at this stage and West Ham are looking to sell him in January so they don't lose him on a free transfer at the end of the season.

No way he'll go for 12, teams will wait to get him on a free than pay anything over 5mil in Jan IMO. With West Ham chasing a Europa League spot and mid table finish they'll probably price him out of a move.

West Ham have just signed the Canadian CB Doneil Henry for around £1.5m. It's thought he'll be Reid's replacement. Wenger lining up a £4m bid.
Who suggested the signing to West Ham? None other then the All Whites legend Ryan Nelsen (who is also Doneil's ex-manager at Toronto)

Some quotes from Sam Allardyce from today:
There is no future for Winston Reid at West Ham at the moment as his contract finishes on 30 June. He hasn't said he is or isn't going to sign. You would err on the back that he isn't, by the feel and look of it, at this moment in time. It's highly unlikely Winston is going to sign for us based on what people have said to me.
