Anyone know if there are going to be official/unofficial live sites in each of the host cities?

Guess not. Can anyone recommend good football pubs in Melbourne then? I usually watch games at home but recently cut Foxtel.

Would have thought Fed Square would have something up but I guess not. Maybe the Precinct, near AAMI Park? google is probably your best bet

That's a shame, hey. You'd think Fed Square in Melbourne would be free to show the games on the ABC.

Yeah there's nothing on regarding the Asian Cup at Fed Square on the 9th at all according to their website, with the opening match just down the road. Shame.

im looking for new melbourne venues as well.

probably the turf club, the charles dickens, the casino will play it.

celtic club might say it but fuck them, dont trust them. they bullshitted me about a world cup game being played at 7 am and i went out there and the lying fucks were closed. if you cant tell im still dirty about it.

Dickens and Imperial should be showing all live games. Fed Square doesn't have Foxtel rights so forget it for any events on Foxtel only.

Down in Richmond there are a few pubs that always show sports, without being sport orientated. I'd expect them to show the games too (Spread Eagle, Bridge, Swan, etc).

I didn't realise it until I walked home on Friday night but there is a giant screen erected on Harbourside/Honeysuckle (NEWCASTLE) for the AC. Not sure how so few people were made aware of it though.

I'll certainly be checking that out Tuesday night :D

A four minute walk from my house

These are some kind of strange promotional tools to try and sell more tickets. I've been to one in Brisbane, it really is crap, even the kids got bored!

Fans need to be able to meet players, get autographs and most importantly watch the games!

hey thanks for that... the Ashley Hotel and a few other RSL / taverns in the western suburbs are showing all the games.

However I wanna be amongst real Socceroo fans. Is Charles Dickens good? I havn't been there.
The Green & Gold Army (if they still exist) has listed Celtic Club as their live site.
