It's a fair point. Not sure what the point of a feedback forum is to be honest if they don't listen to it.The first time they implemented it I and others highlighted how much it affects the user experience of the site. The issue with it is how it ninja appears and blasts sound as you move your cursor around the forum (and now in the smiley section). I've seen illegal streaming sites with less annoying ad strategies :lol: If they're not going to listen, block away I say. The hosts file hack is a bit neater for me as I don't have to load more extensions :)

Do the owners of this forum not see this section? Nobody minds ads but not when it completely distorts the forum and makes it impossible to read. That's called making users not want to come back to your site. Fix it muppets.

They don't want the forum anyway.
