Corey Brown plays too high up the pitch, is too aggressive off the ball, has bad decision making, does not stick to his man on set pieces and lunges at players. He also listens to the Lumineers, is a big fan of gluten-free non-GMO crops, supports Manure, regularly buys apparel from Afends and loves listening to Darude at Future fu.cking sack the little carnt

He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

How in hell did he get into the A league then, cos that's a lot of flaws for a professional. Recruitment in the A league is shocking. Bentleigh almost picked off perth and perth were top for awhile. TBF, until this season, Brown has looked very promising.

Brown to me looks like a wingers who have been forced to play out of position. I'm actually curious kind of how he'd do further up the park.

A16Man wrote:But Brown was the next big thing!? When was Brown ever the next big thing? He filled in for Steffanuto a minimal of times last season and was awful from the get go. From memory even on his first start against Wellington he was too high up the pitch and was constantly caught on the counter attack. At no point in time was Brown ever considered the next big thing.

Brown shouldn't even be playing in the A-league let alone as a starter. ](*,)

Hearing that the Roar are actively chasing Zullo.
Coaching staff not quite prepared to accept Corey Brown as their starting LB next season and looking to strengthen.
Zullo not making a decision apparently until the Roar hire someone full-time.
