I can imagine . U should see some of the toilets when I worked at maccas under kings way . We had to call hazard waste disposals every so often .

I haven't found anything hazmat yet (fingers crossed), but I have found some stuff that I've point blank refused to clean up.

Yesterday at 11am I was chilling with my Dad, talking and laughing before heading back to Sydney.

Four hours later I got a call telling me he's in the coronary care ward at John Hunter hospital, and there's something wrong with his heart.

He's had an op and it went well, but my point here is you never know what's coming. Tell the ones you care about that you do. Not trying to make you live in fear. But yeah.

Yeah it's alright. I'm visiting now. He had a heart attack. A couple of arteries were blocked so they had to fix that up. He'll be ok as long as he keeps his cholesterol down.

It's crazy because he's like a health nut. Such a good lifestyle.

Shite, hope your dads doing ok. I know from experience with my dad having had 2 heart attacks before.

Its tough thing, you can be a health nut, but that cholestorol has be to kept in check, most of it comes to our food nowdays.

Just note, im assuming he will be having a bypass. The peiod can be very tough as he will probably be experiencing many different emotions and feelings, and often can take it out on those close to him. Its just important that people are there for him and not take it personally.

As far as I know he's not having a bypass. They just have to put stents in the arteries that were blocked.

Ah i see. My dad had stents when he had his first heart attack in 97. Though that was a minor heart attack so at the time there was no need for a bypass. Doc said though that in doing stents there is always potential for it to come backup, but then you can prevent it by eating healthy and living a healthy life and reducing stress. My dad was always one to struggle with stress though.

Pretty heavy start to the week. At least things can only go up from there.

In amongst all that, my Uncle passed away yesterday too. Wasn't that close to him, but still. And found out last week my Grandad has lung cancer, who I am very close with. Kinda lame few days.

My friends sometimes do something similar with games. They uninstall them so they can focus on studies, and then two days laters its reinstalled and theyve used up more data to download and install.

The temptation will always be there. Suspending your account or uninstalling the game doesnt help. Youd have to get rid of the computer totally or something like that.
