But he shouldn't be. Its a bullshit law that someone who did not kill anyone, did not order anyone to die and could not have done anything to prevent what was happening short of risking his own life, can be found guilty.

This is different to someone being an accessory to murder by witnessing a murder and not informing the authorities. In those cases there is the opportunity to call the police etc.

Anyone who thinks this guy is guilty (and I'm not saying you do Munrub) should ask themselves what they would've done in his position. That should be the gold standard in judgement.
