Why would signing some complete random spanish guy be awesome? Not all Spanish players are awesome, they have their fair share of duds too...

He's young though, so that's on his side. played some Liga B which is also not bad.

Because his history and reviews look good for someone that would come under the cap...

Looks like it'd be a similar signing to Bonevacia; great to see clubs trying to sign younger foreigners rather than 30+ ones.

Especially if they are under the cap. They are likely a sustainable 3-4 year option (see Poljak)
