Yeah, I agree on the first part. For tons of people, it's like "I'm 18 now, better get inked to remind everyone I'm 18". Obviously not everyone is like that, but it comes across that way. A mate of mine got a tattoo of Yoda on his calf, I know he loves Star Wars but it's not very pretty in all honesty.

For a long time, i didn't want a tatoo but I'm starting to come around to it. not entirely sure whether I will actually get one, i'll let the idea marinate for a few more months and if I'm still keen i'll get a design done and then after another couple of months, i'll see how I'm going.

I got back on acid for the first time in ages last week and had an awesome time, I could never do more than two tabs at a festival or night out though, not so much because of the trip but the body high just makes me so lethargic to the point where I just want to lay down and enjoy the trip.

You'd think a supposedly 'real' football fan would swallow their pride and embrace the concept if it meant securing the obvious benefits for the game and the league its self that this game will provide, rather than boycotting or hoping it fails.

I concede the All Star idea is corny, but all this talk of it being an embarrassment for the league just doesn't stick with me imo, in whose eyes are we being judged? In the Australian sporting landscape this sort of thing isn't at all out of place and if anything will draw more outside sporting fans in. Outside of Australia this is hardly going to be breaking news let alone watched under judging eyes, it seems the only people it's embarrassing are already existing HAL fans who need to clean the sand out.

I know. And this constant bashing of 'eurosnobs' and 'plastic fans' is ridiculous too. They in no position to brand one person a bigger and better football fan than the other.

Its like a drug, its hard to stay away from witnessing such idiocracy.
