NSW: Blacktown x 3 (already qualified for the third time) Sydney Olympic x 2 Sydney United x 1 No Victorian NPL team has qualified twice yet. Last year were all debutants. Queensland: FNQ Heat x 2 Brisbane Strikers x 2 Palm Beach (Gold Coast City) x 2 Northern NSW Broadmeadow Magic x 2 Tasmania South Hobart x 2 They're all the clubs that have appeared in both editions thus far.

Its not that bad at all - breath in the fresh air United players should be have an extra lung or 3 lol...... Little grandstand is fine good viewing. Prior to the stand there is a grass hill to make use of, grass roots football, bring your fold up chairs you spoilt NPL supporters lol, plenty of room either side of the stand. The parking from the roadside maybe be useful but part viewing obscured by the home/away bench sheds and the wire fencing. Yep, thermals highly recommended ! this is why I love the FFA CUP, for nights like this. it's what it is all about. that's why I hate it when they change venues when a HAL side comes to town, takes away what the FFA CUP is and should be all about. Agree mate, I love the atmosphere at lower level grounds. Bensons maybe at the back of nowhere but the pitch itself is perfectly fine to play on, my only gripe some of these grounds should cut the grass shorter for this does have longer grass slowing the ball down more than usual. Maybe a tactic being the general size of their YL squads have some big units as mentioned :) Yes Footballlover last season and prior lots of hoof ball but this season U16's for eg were playing from the back far more so its looks as if a change has been implemented. The pitch is not that great. Have you played on it? It's bumpy. Not as bad as Rydalmere BUT it still isn't perfect. Artificial pitches are the best thing. Who's the 16's coach? Is it still Nick? Coached against him for 2 seasons and it was always kick and chase. All he did was sign a quick front line and it worked at that level. No I haven't played on it - watched games the last few years. It may have dips etc but not obvious holes - lets agree its playable :) Rydalmeres is one of the worst no doubt. As much as synthetics provide perfect surfaces I'm not a big fan for every single place having them. (sure here weather wise and amount of use makes perfect sense).......but you cant beat a well kept turf pitch full stop but not practical but for the top leagues. U16's coach is Joe Cignarella I think. Nick Morris 18's.

How was I not aware of the Glebe Gorillas until their elimination to Manly Utd last night.
Only the dead would know peace from the rustling if they knocked out an A-League side.

Round 3 of the ACT starts tonight, with the other two games on Thursday night. LANYON UNITED v O’CONNOR KNIGHTS – to be played at Hawker Football Centre on Thursday 28th April at 7.00pm GOULBURN STAGS v CANBERRA CITY – to be confirmed for Goulburn Workers Arena on Thursday 28th April kickoff 7.30pm BRINDABELLA BLUES v GOULBURN STRIKERS – to be played Hawker Football Centre on Tuesday 26th April at 7.30 pm.
Round 4 sees the other 5 Capital League teams enter, and if my maths and planning goes well (I haven't seen exactly how its supposed to work, the 8 NPL sides as well (Tuggeranong, Gungahlin, Woden-Weston, Canberra FC, Canberra Olympic, Cooma Tigers, Monaro Panthers and Belconnen) O'Connor were drawn into Round 3 from the CL randomly.
