Looking at going on a big family holiday around christmas (around 10 of us)

From Sydney but don't mind flying somewhere as long as it isn't too expensive to go.

Looking at hiring a big holiday house or something. Preferably near the water.

Any suggestions?

What is the best way to go from Turkey to Greece to Italy?

Highly recommend the Mayfield Motel up in Newcastle. It even has a pool, and all rooms come with air conditioning (providing Scotty21 hasn't stolen it! :P).

Depends on if you have any small children you want to survive the trip.

It is actually to cross into Greece by land but then sail to a Greek island to claim asylum. Weird system but that is how it works.

Holidaying anywhere here is a waste of money now. Get on a plane and go somewhere nice that isn't fucking Bali.

Christmas next year? Because Id say a big holiday home near the water would probably already be booked for this year. Good luck trying though

My family has a similar idea for Christmas next year. We are looking at Hawaii as its in the middle for us and our family in Canada. We are going to be a party of 23 and most houses are already booked unless we wanna pay upwards of $10k per week.
