In regards to Can't Say, I've never been there myself but I do go out in that area a lot and a lot of my friends rave about the place to me but I'm too reluctant to break from tradition to see what the fuss is about.

I'm not a massive Ice Hockey fan, but the standard of the league isn't bad considering it's only been around for 13 years.

Yeah I was surprised, I like ice hockey just not a fan of watching overseas leagues.

There are a pretty limited number of overseas leagues that get shown on television here :lol:

Lesson learned: Don't screw the crew.

The two were arguing in Indian the other night, and that's when the guy said my supervisor threatened to shoot him with a gun, conveniently in another language so know one know what was actually said.

The guy is a massive asshole in any case. I don't like my supervisor, but he's not as bad as he used to be, and he seems like a nice guy outside of work. But this other guys has a reputation for being a douche. He's the type of guy who stays behind for five minutes after work has finished and holds up everyone else, just so he can wait till after midnight to clock off and then get paid a bit more money for 'working overtime'. Apparently he's a really slow worker and always argues with the manager and when they tell him he isn't working enough. Has had massive arguments with every night-fill captain they've had since he's been there, apparently.

I've had a similar thing happen in a kitchen in a venue I used to work in. Threats were made in another language, cops got involved but it was a case of "he said she said". The owners made it a fireable offence if you were caught conversing in another language on multiple occasions.

We have a Formula One thread, but not a general Motorsport thread in general.

Given the F1 thread doesn't get much use, apart from the F1 and that's when I've gotten around to watching the races, I can turn it into a 'Motorsport' general thread if you want.

I think instead of having league threads we should turn them into sport threads.
